It was relaxing base for travelling to Newcastle upon Tyne, I was glad to stay there. It was great and good close to a metro station which gets you easy in the center of Newcastle;))

I enjoyed the apartment though some things didn't work.

The location of Alexander Apartments Jesmond is fantastic, right next to Jesmond, local bars, and the center of Newcastle. The apartments are located in the town center, making it very convenient for exploring Newcastle upon Tyne. The kitchen is well-equipped with a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and refrigerators.

Exceptionally nice location close to city centre, also it was close to a tube station. Host treated us very well...

The location of the apartments is fantastic, right in the heart of a vibrant pub and club area. The team at the apartments are incredibly helpful and efficient, always on hand to sort out any issues that may arise during your stay. The facilities in the apartment are great, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The cleanliness of the entrance and stairway could be improved and the mattresses and beds need replacing.

The living experience was outstanding, and the property was well-managed. Despite a few minor hiccups, my time there was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic rental experience.

Great location and good facilities in the apartment. Take into consideration that it is right in the heart of the city's pub/club area, so it will be lively into the early hours. But if you can sleep through a tornado, like me, it's not a big deal. The team was amazing at sorting things and helping us throughout the stay.

Waiting 7 days for my deposit back when the cleaners go in the next day to check it over. Parking is in a permit area got no reply off staff about what we do.

There were a few cleanliness issues outside the entrance to the building, which could benefit from better maintenance. The mattresses/beds in the apartment were in need of replacement, as they weren't as comfortable as we would have liked.
